01 — About These Terms
These terms cover your use of the Boxcars website and any enquiry you send us through it. By browsing the site, requesting information about a vehicle, or booking a test drive, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Nothing written here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
02 — Using This Website
You are welcome to browse our listings and contact us for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy the site, scrape our listings, interfere with how it runs, or use it in any way that breaks the law or disrupts other visitors. We may restrict access where the site is being misused.
03 — Vehicle Listings
We describe every vehicle as accurately as we can, using its inspection results, service history, and documented specification. Listings are published for information and are not a contractual offer. Availability changes quickly, and a car shown on the site may already be reserved or sold before the listing is updated.
04 — Pricing
The price on a listing is the price of the vehicle at the time of publication and may change. Registration, taxes, and any optional extras are set out separately before you commit, and we do not add administrative fees at signing. If a price is published in error, we will tell you before going further and you are under no obligation to continue.
05 — Enquiries And Test Drives
Sending a form or booking a test drive does not create a binding agreement to buy or sell. A reservation holds a vehicle for an agreed period and does not transfer ownership. A sale is concluded only when a written agreement is signed and the payment terms are settled.
06 — Financing And Trade-In
Finance quotations are indicative and remain subject to approval by the lender, whose own terms will apply to any agreement you sign. A trade-in figure is based on the information you give us and is confirmed only after we have inspected the vehicle in person. Both are offered without obligation.
07 — Third-Party Links
The site may link to other websites, including lenders, insurers, and vehicle history providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
08 — Intellectual Property
The text, photographs, layout, and branding on this site belong to Boxcars or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or republish them without written consent. You keep ownership of anything you send us, but you allow us to use it as needed to answer your enquiry.
09 — Limitation Of Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
